Corrections are the most useful message you can send. If a figure, a method description or a claim
here does not match current practice, say so and point us at the source — we would rather fix
it than defend it.
What we cannot help with. This site sells nothing, so we cannot take orders or
answer questions about an order, a delivery or a specific consignment — we hold no stock, ship
nothing and issue no records. We also do not give guidance on the selection, preparation or end use
of any material. If you need the temperature record for a shipment, that request belongs with
whoever sent it.
